Church of St Nicholas - Edam - not just cheese, this beautiful hamlet on the outskirts of Amsterdam has another gem, the beautiful church of St Nicholas. it was a weekday so there were hardly any people around which made it perfect for me to go trigger happy. the uniqueness of this church is the woody look and for the first time i am seeing woody chairs instead of the usual benches you get to see in a church. 

the cemetary outside had some of the most beautiful flowers and a friendly cat who didnt mind getting the attention.
